EPiC marque

October 2021 - We're delighted to announce that we've recently been awarded the EPiC marque, which we can now use to confirm that both VCC and VRM support gender equality.

EPiC stands for Equality and Parity in Cycling. EPiC’s vision is for an amateur cycling culture in the UK which treats people equally and fairly and results in a healthy and vibrant sport. A sport which incorporates the principles of equality and parity helps us work towards an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can feel welcome.

We've promoted equality for some time, and done more to balance representation this year, so the marque recognises these changes and will help give this more visibility.
